Have you ever assumed or exuded negative energy and negative shit happens; like hitting your head onto something or someone finishing the toothpaste in the morning and that aggravation alters your day and it becomes so negative. It's really is amazing how much that has to do with your attitude. See life is fickle, life is rude, life is unfair, but it's yours; life will beat you up but its your world to make or mess up and that is our number one responsibility we have to all take fully. The ability to enjoy life is never in the hands of the factors in which we put it in but lies with us, how we choose to act, believe, practice, embrace and use the gift of life.
